As part of the national research programme OneWater – Eau Bien Commun, the targeted project “OBSWATERS” – PC3 is continuing its work on the development of tools to better structure, visualise and exploit data from observation systems.

This workshop represents a key milestone in this ongoing dynamic, with a dual objective:

• to share progress on mapping and data valorisation tools
• to co-develop the next steps, particularly in preparation for the launch of Phase 2 of the project

The workshop will be structured around several key sessions (programme to be announced) and aims to foster the integration of scientific and technical expertise by directly involving observation system stakeholders in the development of future tools.

Location: Toulouse (Mama Shelter)

Dates : From 4 May (2:00 pm) to 6 May 2026 (12:00 pm)

Target audience : Managers of observation systems and individuals involved in data collection and database management

Funding arrangements : PC3 will prioritise support for participants representing observation systems that do not receive funding from the OneWater – Eau Bien Commun programme.

Depending on the total number of participants, two options are currently being considered for accommodation and meals:

• full coverage by PC3
• or a preferential-rate package offered to participants

In all cases, travel costs will be borne by the participants.
